Compas through Compas robotika L.t.d expanded our activities by the design and delivery of machinery and robotics. We are one of the leaders in the field of industrial automation solutions and the automation partner of Beckhoff, Fanuc, Siemens, Stäubli and other companies. We design electrical equipment, program the Simatic and Beckhoff control systems and implement the Fanuc, Kuka, Stäubli and robots of some other manufacturers. Our automation team of 100 specialists ranks among the leaders in Europe. In the field of construction and supply of machines, we offer new and existing equipment modifications along with the implementation of robots of the leading world manufacturers. We develop and implement the COMES MES/MOM system to provide our clients with the comprehensive system integration solutions that allow detailed production planning and management, production quality improvement, internal logistics and maintenance. We deliver applications for the automotive, plastic and rubber industries, mechanical engineering and process industries (batch production). Compas delivers robot technology, industrial automation and MES/MOM systems for "smart" digital factories in the Industry 4.0 vision. Compas scope of activities for Smart Digital Factories: - construction and delivery of single purpose machines, production lines with robots and investment units - industrial automation for serial and batch production processes - comprehensive digitization of production, logistics, quality and maintenance. We differentiate ourselves by being able to supply factories with integrated, fully automated and digitized production units from the technology level to manufacturing management. We develop and implement the MES/MOM system COMES and built a comprehensive solution for system integration, enabling detailed scheduling and management of production, improving its quality, efficiency and managing internal logistics and maintenance. We have enriched the framework of our services for process optimization with the distribution and implementation of complex diagnostic systems using the technologies of the German company iba AG. Iba's mission is to bring transparency to the world of industrial production and energy plants and distribution networks. We are one of the leaders in the field of industrial automation solutions and an automation partner of Beckhoff, Siemens, Fanuc and Stäubli. We design electrical devices, program Simatic i control systems Beckhoff and we apply robots from leading manufacturers. In automation, the Compas team of specialists is one of the leaders in Europe. In the field of technology construction and supply, we offer the supply of new and modifications of existing single purpose machines and equipment with the implementation of robots and cobots. We supply applications for several industries, both serial production - automotive, rubber industry, plastic industry, engineering as well as process industry - batch production of pharmaceuticals, food industry, medical devices, etc.

Leaders in OE Electronics The Company The business was started in 1988 as a garage start-up in Chennai. When the first Vending machine was made in India in 1989, we had our electronics in it. Since then PULSARS has pioneered every technological innovation in the vending field in India. Some are: • First Digital control system • First Smart card based vending controller • First touch-keypad solution • First vending controller that sent and received SMS for status update and control • First Snack Vending Machine Controller that takes payments from e-wallets • First Fully battery based Vending Machine Controller for Condoms & Napkins • First to release TOUCHFREE user interface to address the Covid concerns The Products Apart from our strength in vending machine electronics, we have developed control products for other OE applications like • Solar Inverters (High Freq Transformer-less design) cum MPPT Chargers for Home Inverters • Chemical Dosing Pump Controls, • Intelligent Battery Chargers for E-bikes, • CAN based Fuel level indicator circuits for Defense - ARJUN MBT Mark 2 • Electronics for water saving (Marine application) • Battery Operated Golf Training Kits • Cricket Electronics to assist training in batting posture and hit speed, pace and spin bowling The Staff A dedicated Development team consists of a very select set of creative engineers of whom about 70% specialize in software, 25% in hardware and the rest in PCB design. The testing team is a group of qualified and trained technicians. We also have a couple of specialists in product validation who put each newly designed product through specially designed tests to expose all vulnerabilities so that the weak areas can be strengthened. Assembly and Wiring is taken care of by two teams of very experienced technicians. Service team work on field returns and provide valuable feedback to design teams. Stores is kept in order and well stocked by very capable persons with the help of a fully computerized inventory management system. Administrative staff, comprise of accountants, purchase assistant and delivery person which completes the team. Promoters Balamurugan, completed engineering from Anna University; Worked for HCL; Now takes care of Marketing, Product development and QA. Ganesh, completed engineering from GCE Salem; Worked for Siemens; Now takes care of Material planning and Manufacturing. Work We Do The company specializes in design of embedded controls for OE applications. Scope of work generally taken up includes: • Requirement study • Control scheme design • Specification development • Circuit design • PCB design • Embedded software development • Prototype testing • Production The typical customer has been machine builder – mostly mechanical or electrical people – leaving the entire responsibility of control system to PULSARS.
