In addition to the store, which you can find in Pardubice, the company also runs an e-shop www.baby-centrum.cz, where you can buy everything you need from a pacifier to a stroller. Based on many years of experience, BABY CENTRUM introduced two of its own brands Maceshka and TUDORE. BIORUŽA, s. r. o.

My name is Radoslav Conev and I founded Bioruža in 2017. However, the idea to found Bioruža did not just come about. I was born to a mother originally from Slovakia and a father who comes from the Bulgarian Rose Valley near Kazanlak, so I followed in my family's footsteps and dedicated my career to Bulgarian roses and the unique cosmetics that are created from them. Behind our story is a family trip to Bulgaria, where together with my father, Dimitar Conev, we thought about what I could do in addition to studying pharmacy. After much research, I thought that it would be good to combine my knowledge of pharmacy and my family background (Kazanlak - rose valley). That's how we started our business with roses, rose water and rose cosmetics. In the beginning it was difficult, because one thing is studying and another thing is practice itself and hard reality. We gradually completed several trips and trainings in order to become more experts in the field of cosmetics and food supplements. We have improved our general and professional knowledge, defining for ourselves that true information is key for us and therefore we provide it from verified sources to help you solve the problems that bother you or your loved ones (e.g. acne, atopic eczema, reduced immunity, cold sores and others). What do we do? We started as an exclusive distributor of Biofresh products and gradually added other brands and companies. We have always emphasized that the cooperating company should be unique in something, whether in the production process, in the uniqueness of the product or in solving the problems of the customers themselves. We gradually built a portfolio of companies that we represent in Central Europe. We try to keep natural and BIO products in our portfolio. You can find more information here. In 2018, we went one step further, we started distributing raw materials for manufacturing cosmetics and food. Knowledge during distribution to individual factories opened our eyes and showed us that each grower and producer approaches the cultivation of plants, the subsequent use and processing of raw materials differently. We hope to slowly educate the market in Slovakia and the Czech Republic about how important it is to choose individual raw materials or the products themselves with regard to their origin, production and distribution. In 2023, we made raw materials that meet high standards available to our customers through the Bioruža brand. At Bioruž, thanks to our experience in the field of cosmetics and cosmetic ingredients, we have become experts in skin care. Now only the last step remains. We would like to provide Slovakia and the Czech Republic with something that our country lacks - true Czech and Slovak natural care for health and beauty.

Softello is a Slovak family business, which was created by combining the love of sewing of a caring mother and the idea and entrepreneurial skills of her daughter. "Even when my sister and I were small, our mom was sewing clothes for us. Thanks to that, we wore clothes that no one else had. Sewing was her hobby, which she always found time for, although often only when we were sleeping." Many years later, mom returned to her love, sewing, at the instigation of her eldest daughter, who was expecting her first baby. A few weeks later, the world's first kit for a grandchild was born, which was so beautiful that rumors about it spread among all acquaintances. And so gradually, in cooperation with the second daughter, a new brand was created - SOFTELLO. Currently, in our offer you can find soft nests, duvets, swaddling clothes, large and small guardrails, children's bedding and now also textile toys and play mats. As for the duvets and swaddles, our customers can choose the filling for each of them - summer, winter or down according to their own preferences or the period of childbirth. We sew all our products for you with love in our own tailor's workshop, exclusively from certified cotton sateen. Yes, cotton is much cheaper, but the difference in the quality of these fabrics is very noticeable to the touch. We also pay attention to sustainability, which is why most of our products have a removable interior, thanks to which the outer part can be easily washed. The company's mission is something that defines its DNA. Something with which he breathes, with which he is in his deepest core. SOFTELLO's mission is to make babies in this world feel comfortable from their first moments in this world. Charita Strážnice, Chráněné dílny AVE

Caritas Strážnice has been running the AVE Sheltered Workshops since 2004. It employs 40 people with disabilities who would otherwise find it very difficult to find employment in the labour market. It has 5 protected centres, including sewing, woodworking, ceramics, shoemaking workshops and a product shop. We also accept orders for product assembly and production of orders according to the specifications of various companies with which we cooperate. As we are a recognized employer in the protected labour market, we provide our customers with substitute performance.

Hi there, I am Bettina, founder and designer of the brand ducksday. Based in Belgium, that little country with the unpredictable weather. I would love to tell you how the brand started, but first allow me to ask YOU a question. What was your most beautiful childhood experience and memory? Let me do a little humble guess: The first time with your toes in the sea, sitting on the back of your mom’s bicycle, looking for something in the sand (which was not there), discovering the zoo, having a walk in the city while it was raining cats and dogs, playing hide and seek with your neighbours and friends outside or being surprised by the first snowflakes falling out of the sky? I am pretty sure it was not watching tv, but rather a beautiful moment outdoors. As for me, that is certainly the case. I was always outside, no matter the weather! Growing up, becoming an adult and getting pregnant, I realised that I wanted the same for my child(ren): A future and endless memories in nature. I started to look for nice and quality outdoor wear for children. But I did not really find what I wanted, so I took action and started to design some things myself: colourful, unique and timeless designs that haven’t changed ever since. Ducksday grew step by step and is now working with fantastic people. We are all convinced about what we can offer children and that every person in the making of our clothing should be rewarded fairly. We are always looking for new, sustainable ways to produce our clothes. A sustainability which is sincere and not just a marketing concept. We truly believe that children can only respect nature if they experience it. They are our future and we have to give them the same opportunities as when we were kids.
